Jacob Harley, former frontman of the Swindon hit band Concord Drive.
Following the band's post-COVID demise Jacob started working on a number of new projects. He, with some of his former bandmates, have formed a new band called, The Tamers. Plans are to start performing as The Tamers in 2025. In the meantime Jacob had started recording his own solo material as Jacob Harley.
Jacob has been working with Swindon producer Jon Buckett on a three EP project called "The Earthworm Sessions". To date volume 1 has been recorded. The plan is to complete volume 2 and 3 by the end of 2024.
Jacob’s performances have managed to impress other performing artists who have asked him to perform as a warm up act including Gemma Hayes and most recently The Afro Celt Sound System who Jacob will be supporting at The Exeter Phoenix Theatre in October 2024.
Jacob now has interest from booking agents. He has also recently secured a music publishing deal with Strung Out Songs and a recording deal with Long Tale Recordings.
Jacob’s star is looking bright and he already has one of his songs synchronised into an animated feature film (A Greyhound of a Girl).
